Looking for a fun, safe, and exciting environment for your children to learn about the Word of God? At Evangelistic Temple, ministering to children is a priority. Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.” (Mat. 19:14) Therefore, we want to make this a place where kids feel comfortable – a ‘kid’s zone’, you might say. ‘Kids Zone‘ is a name that our kids came up with. They said, “This is a place for kids.” We are quite honored they feel this way!

For security and protection of each child, all children are checked into the classes by their parents or adult guardians. The child will receive a nametag and ID card for you to keep. Children will only be released to the cardholders. If your child needs you, the number on the ID card will be displayed on the screens in the sanctuary.

We feel that all children's classes are an area of ministry, not just a babysitting service. Therefore, the classes are divided into age groups for the best quality learning experience. Your child will experience God's love from our caring staff, interact with other children, and learn lif-changing lessons.

Little Lambs Nursery  (Infants, ages 0-17mos.)
The infant nursery is staffed with caring people who will take care of your infant, feed them, change them, play with them, and most importantly, start their first steps in learning about Jesus.

Toddler Farm (18mos-2yrs)
In this room, the children will be surrounded by loving people, animals to talk about, and many safe toys. Since they are very active, this class is designed for the toddler on the move, with active stories, songs, crafts, and playtimes. There will be lots of other children for them to interact with, and they will have so much fun learning about God’s love, they’ll forget you’re gone!

Noah’s Ark Preschool (3 year olds)
We believe it is a privilege to give our little ones tender loving care, therefore our room is filled with an ark and many safe toys with which the children can play. At every service, they will be quite busy with songs, story time, craft time, and play time. Many children have such a great time, they beg to stay!

Candyland (Preschool, ages 4-5)
God has a great plan for your child. He wants them to have a full, abundant life! In Candyland, they’ll learn about the great relationship that God has in store for them. These kids will love their hands-on curriculum, worship, friends, and loving teachers. And possibly, a trip to the candy store!

Kids Zone (1st – 5th grade)
We looked through the eyes of a child and came up with Kids Zone. Our room, music, and lessons reflect a place where kids feel safe and want to be, and it’s a place where they would want to bring their friends. Our services look something like this: As the children enter, we break the ice with fun games, then we motivate the kids to become actively involved in the highly energetic worship, rather than entertainment. The primary goal is to teach the Word of God creatively. We want our kids to know that the Bible is alive and that they can apply it today to their situations. We give the children an opportunity to receive Jesus and a time for special ministry needs.
